Filter subsets of patients based on Practice Management Appointment Scheduler. Use fax numbers already recorded for insurance companies, referring physicians, labs, etc. as “address books” when using fax function. Familiar screen layout and keyboard handling.

Messaging engine: Messages can be typed and documents ‘attached’.  Possible uses: (1)Phone messages forwarded to Provider’s inbox, (2)Lab reports forwarded to doctor for reviewing results, (3)EOB exception items forwarded to a billing supervisor.
